The purpose of this study is to develop the operation model which can cover the multiple qualification program both accommodating NCS based work-study parallel pprogram and course-based national technology certificate program. Students can take both the external qualifications test for both certificates after completion of the curriculum properly composed of required competency unit and optional competency. The objective of this study is to develop NCS-based training courses and linked course models capable of operating subjects by appropriately selecting the competency units. In addition, it is also required to develop a standardized curricula that can organize multiple qualifications and subjects within the same department so as to be able to improve the various job performance capabilities for a contract class of four-year university. Through the request survey for the family companies of K-University, it is possible to categorize the students in three groups of similar jobs. Considering the proper admission number of student in each group, we have developed the subject curricula which can cope with the multiple certificates in three different tracks.

이 연구의 목적은 유사 또는 동일한 필수능력단위로 자격이 설계된 일학습병행자격과 과정평가형 국 가기술자격 일부 종목에 대해 교육과정 수료 후 양측의 외부평가에 모두 응시가 가능하도록 필수능력단 위와 선택능력단위를 적절하게 교차 선정하여 NCS기반 훈련과정 편성과 교과목 운영이 가능한 연계과정 모델 사례를 발굴하는데 있다. 동시에 계약학과 형태로 운영되는 4년제 대학연계형 일학습병행제의 경우 산업체의 다양한 직무수행능력 향상에 대응이 가능하도록 동일한 학과 내에서 복수의 자격과 교과목 편 성이 가능한 표준이수형태를 개발하는데 있다. K대학 학습 기업에 대한 수요 조사를 통하여 학습근로자 직무를 파악하고 유사 직무를 그룹 핑하여 적정한 전공트랙 인원과 계약학과 모집인원에 대한 조사 비교 를 포함하여 적절한 전공트랙 모집정원 사례와 함께 3가지 복수 자격을 수용하는 교과 표준이수 형태를 개발하였다.
