While the damage to the corporate and national economy caused by industrial technology leakages is getting serious day by day, there are a lot of implications that most of the leaks are committed by insiders of the company. The purpose of this study is to understand how organizational and personal factors affect the risk of infringement of industrial technology. In this study, that is, the causes of infringement of industrial technology by insiders were sought from the organizational characteristics and the narcissistic tendencies of the individual who leaked it. In particular, the Security Climate was presented as an integrated variable that encompasses the policy factors of management and the practice factors of members of the department. Analysis of the data collected through the survey showed that narcissism, policy factors and practice factors all have statistically significant effects on the risk of infringement of industrial technology. The higher the insiders’ narcissism (p<.001), the lower the policy level of management (p<.001), the lower the practice level of the organization's members (p<.001), we could see that the possibility of infringement of industrial technology is increasing.

산업기술 침해로 인한 기업 및 국가경제 차원의 피해가 나날이 심각해지고 있는 가운데, 대다수의 산업기술 침해사건이 기업 내부자에 의해 이루어지고 있다는 사실은 시사하는 바가 적지 않다. 이 연구에서는 내부자에 의한 산업기술 침해의 원인을 경영진의 정책, 구 성원의 관행이라는 조직 특성과 유출자 개인의 자기애적 성향에서 찾고자 하였다. 특히 경영진의 정책요인과 구성원의 관행요인을 아우르는 통합적 변수로서 보안풍토를 제시하 였다. 그리고 이러한 조직 및 개인적 요인들이 산업기술 침해의 위험성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 자기애와 정책요인, 관행요인이 모두 산업 기술 침해 위험성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 내부자의 자기애가 높을수록(p<.001), 경영진의 정책수준이 낮을수록(p<.001), 조직 구성원들의 관행 수준이 낮을수록(p<.001) 산업기술을 유출할 가능성이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 영향력의 크 기는 경영진의 정책, 구성원의 관행, 내부자 본인의 자기애 순이었다.
