[Purpose] This study applied the data envelopment analysis model in evaluating the performance efficiency of Korean tour players. [Method] Out of the data envelopment data analysis model, this study induced and applied an input-oriented model wherein seven indices related to skill and score were applied as input variables and prize index as output variable among the performance indices of top prize-winning 100 players of Korean Tour. [Result] First, the efficiency of the prize money (CCR model) and the scale efficiency (SE) according to the performance indices of Korean Tour players were low, indicating that the match management ability was mostly low in the process of obtaining the prize money. Second, the model showed a difference between the prize money and efficiency ranking according to the indices of performance, indicating an inconsistent pattern. Players should compare with other players with a similar prize money and high efficiency in terms of performance indices so that they can intensively train and strengthen their skills inferior to others' to improve their match management ability. [Conclusion] It is thus concluded that the data envelopment analysis model has a significant effect as an alternative methodology for performance evaluation.

[목적] 본 연구에서는 자료포락분석 모형을 적용하여 코리안투어 선수들의 경기력 효율성을 평가하였다. [방법] 코리 안투어 상금획득 상위 100명의 경기력 지수 중, 기술 및 스코어 관련 지수 7개를 투입변수로, 상금 지수를 산출변수 로 모형화된 자료포락분석 모형에서 투입지향적모형을 적용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 코리안투어 선수들의 경기력 지수에 따른 상금의 효율성(CCR모형)과 규모효율성(SE)이 낮게 나타났기 때문에 상금을 획득하는 과정에서 코리안투어 선 수들의 경기 운영능력이 대부분 떨어지는 것으로 규명되었다. 둘째, 경기력 지표에 따른 상금과 효율성 순위에서 차 이를 보여 불일치한 모형으로 나타났다. [결론] 자신의 상금과 유사하면서 효율성이 높은 선수와의 경기력 지표를 비 교하여 차이가 나타난 기술 관련 지수를 강화시키는 훈련을 체계적으로 실시해야 경기 운영능력이 향상될 수 있다. 그리고 자료포락분석 모형은 경기력 평가에 대안적 방법론에 의미가 있음을 도출하였다.
