Cloud Computing is a model for enabling service consumers to have ubiquitous, convenient, on-demand network access to a pool of configurable resources(e.g. networks, servers, storage, applications and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction. Now, Cloud services are widely spread to the users, but, the standardization on Cloud Computing is started recently. This study surveys on the de facto and local standardization activities of Cloud Computing, and provides the strategies on the standardization in North Korea &South Korea.

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 인터넷 기술을 활용하여 ‘IT자원을 서비스로 제공하는 컴퓨팅으로 IT자원(SW, 스토리지, 서버, 네 트워크)을 필요한 만큼 빌려서 사용하고, 서비스 부하에 따라서 실시간 확장성을 지원받으며, 사용한 만큼의 비용을 지 불하는 컴퓨팅 특성을 가지고 있다 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 기술은 많이 이용되고 있지만, 최근 국가간 모바일 분야는 공적 표준화를 착수하였다. 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 공적 기구와 국내 모바일 표준화, 인터 클라우드 표준화 사례와 국제간 클라우드 표 준 전략에 대해서 연구하였다.
