After the fall of Baekje Kingdom, the refugees moved to Japan. This study investigates the traces of refugees from the Korean Peninsula including Baekje, across the entire eastern part of ancient Japan (東國) including Kantō and Tōhoku. Next, the Baekje Wang-clan and Baekje-based clans who had settled in the Kantō region in the 8th-century Nara (奈良) period and the Heian (平安) period since the 9th century were examined. The presence of Baekje Wang-clan and Baekje-based clans in the Tohōku region beyond the Kantō region was also described. Finally, future directions for research on the Baekje-based clans were presented.

백제멸망 후에 백제유민이 일본열도로 건너온다. 본고에서는 간토와 도호 쿠를 아우르는 동국(東國)지역 전체를 대상으로 백제계를 포함한 한반도계 사람들의 관련 흔적을 본다. 이어 8세기 나라(奈良)시대와 9세기 이후 헤이 안(平安)시대의 간토지역에서 활동한 백제왕씨와 백제계 씨족들에 대해 검 토한다. 그리고 간토지역을 넘어 도호쿠지역의 백제왕씨와 백제계 씨족의 존재에 대해 기술한다. 마지막으로는 앞으로의 백제계 씨족연구의 전망을 서술한다.
