This purpose of this study was analyze change the variation in dancer’s physical fitness and lower limb function by the three groups (plyometric training group, weigh training group and control group) for 60 minutes per one day, 3 times per week and total 12 weeks for modern dancers. First, plyometric training increased the muscle strength, flexibility, power, agility in side of physical fitness. Second, weight training increased the muscle strength, power, and agility in side of physical fitness Third, plyometric training group increased better than the weight training group in side of the muscle strength, agility, and muscle endurance. In conclusion, it is proved fact that the plyometric training group affected the development of physical fitness, lower limb muscle strength of the modern dancer. So, it could be estimated that plyometric training would protect the modern dancer’s damage and movement ability of their action. Therefore, plyometric training can be considered the effective program to improve the strength of modern dancer’s lower limb muscle strength and it should be provided with the collaboration of current study method to modern dancer.
