This study aimed to raise Chungnam the old’s self support ability and to expand Chungnam’s latent economic growth late. This study intended to achieve this aim through the planning of lifelong education to train Chungnam's the old as the local cultural commentator. The expected effect of this study is four like the next. Firstly, we can raise employment rate and reduce poverty rate to give Chungnam’s the old professional job opportunity. Secondly, we can change Chungnam’s local image from discord local with the old to accord local with the old. Thirdly, we can contribute to expand Chungnam’s latent economic growth late. Fourthly, we can contribute to the development of Chungnam’s tourism culture. Ths contents of this study is consisted of three parts. The first part is the appropriateness of lifelong education to train Chungnam the old as the local cultural commentator. The second part is the locality in Chungnam traditional culture that will be the contents of the local cultural commentator’s lifelong education for Chungnam’s the old. The third part is the proposal of the local cultural commentator’s lifelong education for Chungnam’s the old.

본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 노인층의 자기 부양 능력 제고를 통해 잠재적 경제성 장률을 확대하기 위한 방안으로써 노인 평생교육의 새로운 모형을 기획하는 데 있 다. 본 연구에서 구체적으로 제시하고자 하는 구체적인 노인 평생교육 시안의 주제 는 충남지역 노인층을 평생교육을 통해 충남지역 문화해설사로 양성함으로써 노인 층의 자기 부양 능력을 제고하는 동시에 잠재적 충남지역 경제성장률을 확대하는 것이다. 이러한 거시적인 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 충남지역 노인층을 문화해설사 로 육성하기 위한 문화해설 평생교육 커리큘럼 시안을 기획하는 것을 구체적인 세부연구목적으로 한다. 충남지역 문화해설사 평생교육 커리큘럼의 구체화 시안 구축의 필요성은 크게 다음과 같은 두 가지 영역으로 제시될 수 있다. 첫째, 충남지역 노인 층으로 하여금 충남지역 전통문화와 충남로컬리티에 대한 이해도를 전문적으로 함 양할 수 있는 커리큘럼의 개발을 세부적인 연구목적으로 한다. 둘째, 충남지역 문화 해설 방법론에 관한 실무적인 커리큘럼 구축을 세부적인 연구목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 기대효과는 크게 다음과 같은 네 가지 측면으로 제시해 볼 수 있다. 첫 째, 충남지역 노인층에 전문적인 취업 기회를 제공함으로써 취업률을 제고시키는 동시에 빈곤율을 감소시키는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 둘째, 본 연구의 성과는 노인 우울증 환자 비율과 빈곤율이 전국 최고를 달리고 있는 충남의 지역 이미지를 ‘노인 불화 지역’에서 ‘노인 친화 지역’으로 전환하는 계기를 제공하는 효과가 있을 것이다. 셋째, 본 연구의 성과는 충남지역의 잠재적 성장률 제고에 기여하는 효과가 있을 것 이다. 넷째, 본 연구의 성과는 충남지역 관광문화 발전에 기여하는 효과가 있을 것 이다. 충남지역 노인층을 충남지역 문화해설가로 육성하기 위해 평생교육 커리큘럼 시 안을 기획하고자 하는 본 연구의 내용은 크게 세 가지 영역으로 구성된다. 첫째, 충 남지역 노인 인구 존재 양상의 특수성 규명을 기반으로, 충남지역 노인층을 대상으 로 한 문화해설사 노인 평생교육의 당위성 구축이다. 둘째, 충남지역 노인 대상 문 화해설사 평생교육 내용으로 들어갈, 충남지역 전통문화에 나타난 로컬리티에 대한 규명이다. 셋째, 충남지역 노인 대상 문화해설사 평생교육 커리큘럼 시안 기획이다.
