This study aims for investigating and analyzing professors' requirements for TPBS, a tool for planning and reflecting teaching & learning, presenting the related materials, and evaluating professors' educational activities. First of all, the elements and functions of TPBS was theoretically formalized. And then, on the basis of the theoretical backgrounds, the developed TPBS was presented to professors to participate in this study. Finally, through collecting and analyzing those professors' assessments, the availability of TPBS was explored. The research results and conclusions are as follows. First, the elements of TPBS could be drawn through applying the investigated items for constructing teaching portfolio to the conventional syllabus. TPBS is constructed by adding course overview and course materials as new elements to a conventional syllabus and presenting a reflecting plan more sophisticated than a conventional syllabus. Secondly, TPBS has the key functions as like 'syllabus, 'course materials', and 'promotion tool of improving course quality'. And it is required that a resonable administration system of university should be made for employing TPBS as 'documents for evaluating professors' educational activities'.

본 연구는 대학 수업 및 성인교육의 질적 향상을 위해, 수업계획서, 수업자료집, 수업 질적 향상도구 및 교수업적평가 자료의 기능을 하는 티칭 포트폴리오 연계 수업계획서(TPBS)에 대한 교수의 요구를 분석하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이 연구목적을 위해, 본 연구에서는 TPBS의 구성요소와 기능을 이론적으로 체계화하고, 이론적 근거에 입각하여 개발한 TPBS를 대학교수들에게 제시한 후, 이에 대한 대학교수의 의견을 조사․분석하여, TPBS의 개발가능성을 탐색하였다.
연구결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, TPBS의 구성요소는 티칭 포트폴리오를 구성하기 위해 검토해야 할 사항들을 기존 수업계획서에 적용함으로써 도출된다. TPBS의 구성요소는 ‘수업개요’, ‘수업자료집’과 같은 기존 수업계획서에 없었던 새로운 구성요소를 추가하고, 수업요소에 대한 성찰적 계획을 기존 수업계획서에서보다 구체화하여 제시함으로써 이루어진다. 둘째, TPBS의 주요 기능은 ‘수업계획서로의 기능’, ‘수업자료집으로서의 기능’, ‘수업의 질적 개선 촉진 기능’이다. TPBS를 ‘교수업적평가 자료’로도 활용하기 위해서는 합리적 제도 개선을 위한 연구가 병행되어야 한다.
