휠 모델 : 학습사회 건설을 위한 개념구성

The article first discusses the societal context that leads to the learning society, pointing out the essential characteristics of our new era that have brought the four kinds of main challenges to human development and the necessity of construction of learning society thereby. Next, based on the gist of learning society, the wheel model for learning society is brought forward, in which families, traditional formal educational institutions, societal organizations of many kinds, internet and communication technology, governmental support and so on are defined as essential components of the learning society, and their interactions are also elucidated. At last, according to the blueprint of the wheel model and by contrasting with our adult educational practice, the article ends up briefly with the main tasks to innovate Chinese adult education.

이 연구는 인간의 발달과 학습사회 건설에 요구되는 중요한 4가지 특성에 대하여 언급하고 있다. 그 다음으로는 학습사회의 휠 모델에 대하여 제언하고 있다. 휠 모델에는 전통적인 형식적교육기관, 많은 종류의 사회적 관계, 인터넷과 커뮤니케이션 기술, 정치적 지원, 매스미디어 등에 대하여 학습사회건설을 위한 휠 모델의 구성요소로 제시하고 있으며 이들 간의 관계에 대하여 설명하고 있다. 마지막으로 휠 모델의 청사진에 따라 중국 성인교육의 발달을 위한 제언으로 이루어져 있다.
