The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of band ensemble activities on their resilience. The subjects of this study were 15 males and 15 males who had received juvenile detention measures by the court juvenile trial and lived in child protection treatment institutions. The experimental group conducted a total of 11 band ensemble activities programs once a week and 90 minutes per session from March 19 to May 28, 2019, and the control group did not apply any experimental measures. In order to analyze the collected data statistically, the experimental results were analyzed using pre-homogeneity test and crime type covariance analysis between two groups. As a result, the band ensemble activity showed a significant improvement on the resilience of the juvenile delinquents, and the subfactors, the self-regulation ability, interpersonal ability, and positiveness were also significantly improved. In addition, there was no significant difference in covariance analysis on resilience between groups according to crime type. This means that band ensemble activity can have a therapeutic function that can deal with resilience in depth.

본 연구의 목적은 비행청소년을 대상으로 밴드합주 활동이 이 들의 회복탄력성에 미치는 효과성을 검증하기 위함에 있다. 본 연구의 피험자들은 법원의 소년재판에 의해 소년보호처분 6호를 받고 아동보호치료기관에 거주중인 남자 비행청소년 총 30명으 로 실험집단 15명과 통제집단 15명을 무선 배치하여 실시하였 다. 실험집단은 2019년 3월 19일부터 5월 28일까지 주 1회, 회 기당 90분씩, 총 11회기 밴드합주 활동 프로그램을 실시하였고, 통제집단은 아무런 실험처치를 가하지 않았다. 수집된 자료를 통 계적으로 분석하기 위해 두 집단 간의 사전 동질성 검사와 범죄 유형 공분산분석을 사용하여 실험결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 밴드합주 활동이 비행청소년의 회복탄력성에 유의미한 향상을 보였으며 그 하위요인인 자기조절능력, 대인관계능력, 긍정성에 도 유의미한 향상을 가져왔다. 또한 범죄 유형에 따른 집단 간 회복탄력성에 대한 공분산분석 결과 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 밴드합주 활동이 회복탄력성을 심도 있게 다룰 수 있는 치료적 기능을 가질 수 있음을 밝혔다는 데에 의의를 갖는다.
