This study was conducted to understand in depth the experiences of self-supporting life of juvenile delinquents at facility retirement facilities, and the qualitative case analysis study was conducted by collecting data from in-depth interviews of six people who were independent at the social cooperative youth self-regulation school through an arbitrary quota table. According to the study, the experience of self-reliant life at a youth self-school could be described as five top subjects: 'Another Facility Life', 'Embracing the Pain', 'Meeting the World', 'Personality and Sociality' and 'Dreaming Me Found'. Based on the findings, the Commission proposed policy and practical intervention measures to support the self-reliance of juvenile delinquents who leave the facility. First, the policy of the intermediate support organization for the flight youth of facility retirement needs to be made, and second, self-reliance education through alternative families is needed. Third, a capacity building program for social improvement needs to be established. Fourth, individual customized employment and start-up should be supported. Fifth, support for juvenile delinquents needs to be process-oriented, not achievementoriented.

본 연구는 시설퇴소 비행청소년의 자립생활 경험을 심도 있게 이해하고자 수행되었으며, 임의할당표집으로 사회적협동조합 청 소년자립학교에서 자립생활을 하고 있는 6명을 심층 면접하여 자료를 수집하였고, 질적 사례분석 연구를 시행하였다. 연구결 과, 청소년자립학교에서의 자립생활 경험은 ‘또 하나의 시설생 활’, ‘고통의 허물벗기’, ‘세상과 만나기’, ‘인성과 사회성’, ‘꿈꾸 는 나 발견’등 5개의 상위주제로 묘사될 수 있었다. 본 연구결과 를 토대로 하여 시설퇴소 비행청소년의 자립을 지원하기 위한 정책적, 실천적 개입 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 시설퇴소 비행청 소년들을 위한 중간지원조직의 정책화가 필요하다, 둘째, 대안가 정을 통한 자립생활교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 사회성향상을 위한 역량강화 프로그램이 도입되어야 한다. 넷째, 개별 맞춤식의 취 ㆍ창업이 지원되어야 한다. 다섯째, 비행청소년에 대한 지원은 성과중심이 아니라 과정중심으로 지원되어야 한다.
