Some people are making many efforts on the eradication of sexual violence since there have been extremely horrible cases in the recent years. However, still others focus on providing healing counseling for the victims. Why do we need to understand the psychology of the attackers and talk about their healing counseling? It is partly because sexual desire is the matter of our society as well as of individuals. It is a future problem and at the same time a present problem. Our society has to solve this matter together. Sexual desire should not be hidden. It should openly deal with this topic. We should approach this matter from a psychological perspective as well as from a scientific perspective. This research examines sexual mechanism as the basic understanding of human beings. Sexual mechanism well explains the psychology of the attackers by using a psychoanalytic tool. Then, it explores the reasons why sexual violence occurs: firstly, the selection of wrong objects based on abnormal psychology. Secondly, the wrong purpose of sexuality and abnormal behaviors. It studies the immature psychology, sexual show off, and wrong sexual imagination of the attackers, which are mixed in their psychology. It discusses on the effective healing counseling of the attackers from the psychoanalytic point of view. Every area is making many efforts on the eradication of sexual violence. Psychoanalysis focuses on the hidden part of this area since the nature of psychoanalytic psychology is to reveal the secrets of human mind.

최근 온 나라를 경악케 했던 성폭력으로 인해 국민들은 그 어느 때보다 더 성폭력 근절에 대해 호소하고 있다. 동시에 피해자에 대하여 따뜻한 치유의 손길을 제공해야 한다는 목소리를 내고 있다. 가해자에 대한 분노와 함께 우리는 왜 성폭력 가해자의 심리 이해와 그 치료적 대안에 대해 이야기해야만 하는가? 성욕에 관한 문제는 개인 의 문제임과 동시에 우리가 속해있는 집단의 문제이기 때문이다. 당면한 오늘의 문제 이면서 동시에 해결해야할 미래의 문제이기 때문이다. 우리 사회가 함께 고민하며 대 비해야 하는 문제인 것이다. 성욕은 더 이상 음지에서 다루어져야 할 주제가 아니다. 충분히 논의해야할 공공의 담론이 되어야 한다. 공개적이면서 동시에 과학적으로 이 루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 인간의 근원적 이해로서의 성욕의 메커니즘을 정신분 석적 측면에서 살펴보았다. 정신분석의 기법을 활용하여 밝혀낸 인간의 성적 메커니즘은 성폭력 가해자의 성적 욕망을 잘 밝혀주고 있다. 그 후 본 논문에서는 왜 성폭 력이 발생하는지에 대하여 첫째, 성적 이상심리로서의 잘못된 성적 대상선택 둘째, 성 적 이상심리로서의 잘못된 성의 목적과 일탈행위 차원에서 살펴보았다. 그 후 미성숙 한 심리, 성적 능력을 과시하고 싶은 심리, 잘못된 성적인 환상에 사로잡힘 등이 가해 자의 심리 속에 혼재 되어 성폭력으로 표출되었음을 확인하였다. 그 후 본 논문에서 는 가해자의 치료를 돕기 위하여 심리치료가 어떻게 이루어져야 할지에 대한 전략을 정신분석적 이해를 중심으로 모색하였다. 우리는 성폭력의 두려움에 맞서 성폭력의 구조를 이해하고 대안을 제시하기 위해 각 분야에서 노력하고 있다. 정신분석적 연구 의 목적은 숨겨진 곳에 관심을 기울인다. 왜냐하면 정신분석적 작업은 은밀히 숨겨진 것이 분명히 드러날 때까지 추적하고 그것을 치유하는 일이기 때문이다.
