This purpose of this study was to identify contributing factors on problem drinking of out-of-school adolescents by examining relationships between ego-resilience, drinking expectation, peer pressure, family strength and problem drinking, and then to provide basic information for a program to prevent problem drinking for teenagers. The study was conducted on a total of 91 adolescents aged between 13 and 18 who were registered at three youth support centers outside the school. The data collection was conducted from September 30, 2018 to October 30, 2018. As results, the problem drinking rate was highest at 45.0% in out-of-school adolescents, who accounted for 31.8% for male adolescents and 13.2% for female adolescents. The significant variables affecting on problem drinking among out of school adolescents were drinking expectation and gender, and the total explanatory power of the study variable for problem drinking was 33.1%. In conclusion, gender-specific problem drinking prevention programs considering drinking expectation of out-of-school adolescents should be developed.

본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년을 대상으로 자아탄력성, 음주기대, 또래압력, 가족건강성, 문제음주 정도를 파악하고, 학교 밖 청소년의 문제음주에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명함으로써 학교 밖 청소년들을 위한 문제음주예방 프로그램을 개발하는데 근거 자료를 제시하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 J도에 위치한 학교 밖 청소년 지원센터 3곳에 등록된 만13세-18세인 남·여 청소년 총 91명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 수집은 2018년 9월 30일부터 2018년 10월 30일까지 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 학교 밖 청소년의 위험한 수준의 문제음주 비율이 45.0%인 것으로 나타났고, 그중 남자 청소년 31.8%, 여자 청소년 13.2%로 나타났다. 학교 밖 청소년의 문제음주에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 음주기대와 성별로 나타났으며, 문제음주에 대한 변인의 총 설명력은 33.1% 이었다. 즉, 음주에 대한 긍정적 기대를 가지고 있을수록, 남자 학교 밖 청소년일수록 문제음주의 위험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교 밖 청소년의 문제음주를 예방하기 위해서 청소년의 음주에 대한 잘못된 기대를 교정하고, 학교 밖 청소년의 성별을 고려한 남·녀별 문제음주 예방프로그램 개발이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
