A university is a cradle of study that refines its major according to one's aptitude before entering society as a higher education institution. Unlike high school students, college students start school as adults, and depending on the results of their entrance examinations, they may start their studies in a new environment. This change in environment is a big change for adults who have just turned 20. A large number of students have difficulty adjusting to college and move or quit school. This creates additional social costs and is a problem that needs to be addressed to improve the educational satisfaction of the university. Artificial intelligence is a representative technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is spreading throughout society, and is applied to solve problems in various fields. Therefore, this paper intends to apply artificial intelligence to predict students who have difficulty adjusting to college life. This paper proposes a deep learning model that predicts college maladjustment early. To this end, this paper analyzes the results of developing and experiementing with students' information and programs using deep learning. The program and experimental results suggested in this paper can be used to analyze factors affecting university maladjustment.

대학은 고등교육기관으로 사회에 진출하기 전 본인의 적성에 맞는 전공을 갈고 닦는 학문의 요람 이다. 대학생은 고등학생과 달리 성인으로서 학교 생활을 시작하며, 입시 결과에 따라 새로운 환경에서 학문을 시작하기도 한다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 이제 막 스무 살이 된 성인에게는 큰 변화다. 이에 적지 않은 수의 학생들이 대학 생활 적응에 어려움을 토로하고, 학교를 옮기거나 그만둔다. 이는 추가적인 사 회적 비용을 초래하며, 대학의 교육 만족도 향상을 위해 해결해야 할 문제다. 인공지능은 사회 전반에 걸쳐 확산되고 있는 4차 산업혁명의 대표적인 기술로 다양한 분야에서 문제 해결을 위해 적용되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 대학생활 적응에 어려움을 느끼는 학생들을 조기에 예측하기 위해 인공지능을 적용하고 자 한다. 본 논문은 대학생활 부적응자를 조기에 예측하는 딥 러닝 모델을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문 은 학생들의 정보와 딥 러닝을 활용한 프로그램을 개발하고 실험한 결과를 분석한다. 본 논문에서 제안 하는 프로그램과 실험 결과물은 대학생활 부적응에 영향을 미치는 요소 분석에 활용될 수 있다.
