For a study of relation about Gospel and Commandments, I must research a relationship and a difference. About it I will explain two. First, Jesus’redemption has made Commandments disappear because it is a preparation. Another, in Present tense, God‘ offspring has been to deliver from Death of Commandments to Gospel. I think first is Paul’s and another is Ruther’s Of course, I must be certain that Paul emphasizs not only a utility of Commandments but also Christ’ grace. Also I have needed to give attention to the reason that Ruther used Commandments as present tense was told like Canon of faith. In this essay I think everyone must recognize that Paul has remained many footprints about many parts in the concepts of New Testament. Also until now I think everyone must acknowledge Ruther’contribution which has given some aids to make friends with many parts of New testament. Therefore I will research that Ruther perceived the relation and difference about Gospel and Commandments, I will research Christain’ freedom and Righteousness.

율법과 복음의 관계를 고찰을 한다면, 우선은 연관성(relationship)과 차이성(difference)에 대해서 살펴보아야 한다고 판단이 된다. 이에 대해서 두 가지를 열거할 수 있다. 우선은 율법은 복음의 준비단계였기 때문에, 그리스도의 구속 사건 에 의해서 소멸되었다는 것이다. 다음으로는 하나님의 자녀, 즉 그리스도인이라면, 현재 시제(Tense) 속에서, 율법으 로 말미암은 사망의 위험으로부터 복음으로 인도되어야 한다는 것이다. 전자는 바울 의 견해라고 판단을 할 수 있고, 후자는 루터의 견해로 볼 수 있다. 물론 바울이 율법의 효용성을 무시한 것으로 판단하기 보다는 그리스도의 은혜를 강 조하는 것에 중점을 둔 사실을 看過해서는 안 되는 바이다. 아울러 루터가 율법을 현재 시제로 주장을 한 이유는 신앙의 잣대(Canon)의 차원에서 언급을 했다는 점을 주의할 필요가 있다. 여기서 바울은 신약성경의 내용 중에서 많은 부분, 즉 질적인 면과 양적인 면의 형성 에 있어서 큰 발자취를 남겼다는 점은 어느 누구도 부인할 없다. 바울이 발자취를 남 겨놓은 신약성경의 많은 부분이 작금(昨今)의 그리스도인들에게 가까이 할 수 있도록 도움을 부여한, 루터의 업적도 무시할 수 없는 것이 부인할 수 없는 사실이다. 이에 루터가 인식을 하고 있는 복음과 율법의 상관성과 차이성, 그리고 복음과 율법 의 결과물인 그리스도인의 자유와 루터는 물론이고 하나님을 향한 신앙의 핵심인 義 (Righteousness)에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.
