This work has the task to reveal the identity of 'we', the first plural person which is represented as those remained in the Book of Isaiah. Those who remained in the Book of Isaiah are passed through ordeal, repented their sin and looked forward to the ultimate Zion's completion. This work examined the structure of the text of Isaiah 1:1-31, 9:1-7, 26:1-27:1, 52:13-53:12, 63:7-64:12, and the relationship with the surrounding text, and the consistent thematic network of the body and studied the logical relationship among 'we' in the body. the body of 'we' is consistently related one another. In particular, it shows comprehensively dynamic consistent structure through the development & change of 'we' that have their own era background. Considering the whole context in the Book of Isaiah, the identity of 'we' is the ones who remained waiting for the ultimate completion of Zion. Though 'we' commented on the Book of Isaiah were the group appearing in the several periods, they were the ones who tried to do justice & righteousness against all odds and wished the recovery of Zion achieved. 'we' who was commented in the Book of Isaiah, were the ones the community which appeared against the background of several eras, but they also belonged to the ones who ultimately repented of their own sins among hardships and struggled to do justice & righteousness. Now, 'we' are trying to do justice & righteousness for the purpose of coping with mission as a servant, furthermore have done justice & righteousness to all the nations and guided them to Zion, ultimately trying to achieve the completed Zion.

본 연구는 이사야서에서 남은 자로 대변되는 1인칭 복수 ‘우리’의 정체를 밝히는 작업 이다. 이사야서의 남은 자는 환난을 통과하면서 죄를 회개하고 궁극적 시온의 완성을 고대하는 자들이다. 이사야 선지자는 ‘우리’ 공동체를 자신과 동일시하여 ‘우리’라는 표현을 썼던 것이다. 본 연구는 사 1:1-31, 9:1-7, 26:1-27:1, 52:13-53:12, 63:7-64:12 의 본문 구조, 주변 텍스트와의 관계, 그리고 본문들의 일관된 주제적 네트워크(thematic network)를 관찰을 통해 의미론적 일관성에 집중하여 ‘우리’ 본문 들 간에 논리적인 관계에 대해 살폈다. 이들 ‘우리’ 본문들은 서로 일관성을 가지고 연 결되어 있다. 특히 각각의 시대적 배경을 가지고 있는 ‘우리’의 발전과 변화를 통해 전 체적으로 역동적인 일관된 구조를 보여준다. 이사야서 전체 문맥을 고려할 때, ‘우리’ 의 정체는 환난을 통과하면서 시온의 최종 완성을 기다리는 남은 자들이다. 이사야서 에 언급된 ‘우리’는 여러 시기에 나타는 무리들이지만 궁극적으로 고난 가운데서 공 의와 의를 행하기 위해 몸부림치면서 시온의 회복이 이루어지기를 바라는 자들이다. 이사야서에 언급된 ‘우리’는 여러 시대를 배경으로 하여 나타는 공동체이지만 궁극적 으로 하나같이 환난 가운데서 회개하며 공의와 의를 행하기 위해 몸부림치는 자들이 다. 이제 ‘우리’는 종의 사명을 감당하기 위해 먼저 자신들이 공의와 의를 행하고, 더 나아가 공의와 의를 열국에 행하여 그들도 시온으로 인도하여 궁극적으로 완성된 시 온을 이루는 자들이다.
