The Gross National Income $30,000 in 2018, becoming one of the advanced countries. In the $30,000, university students are finding it harder to find good jobs. Due to the development of IT industries such as AI, Big Data, and 4th industrial revolution, machines rather than humans are handling their work accurately and without mistakes. Our society, which needs new jobs, needs to create jobs through jobcreation and start-ups so that we can continue the community. In this study, we analyzed the founder spirit of the youth through MBTI personality types. Jobcreatorship was diagnosed according to personality type and characteristics using 337 valid survey data. The results of the survey responses showed that the more Extraversion(E), iNtuition(N) and Thinking(T) characteristics, the more Jobcreator ship they are. There is no difference between Judgement(J) and Perception(P) types. Gender and major did not affect creativity. As a result of analysis according to the characteristics of the respondents, it was found that gender does not affect the JobCreatorship. As a result of analyzing the MBTI personality type, it can be said that quick decision-making and open and curious students show enthusiasm and enthusiasm for job creation.

우리나라 1인당 국민소득은 2018년에 3만 달러를 넘어서 선진국 반열에 올라가고 있다. 3만 달러 시 대에 접어들면서 대학생들은 졸업이후 양질의 일자리 찾기가 더 어려워지고 있다. AI, 빅데이터, 4차 산 업혁명 등 IT산업의 발달로 인간보다는 기계가 업무를 정확하고 실수 없이 처리하고 있다. 새로운 일자 리를 필요로 하는 우리 사회는 창직과 창업을 통하여 일자리를 만들어야 하고 이를 통하여 공동체를 이어나아갈 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 MBTI 성격유형을 통하여 청년층의 창직가정신에 대하여 분석하였 다. MBTI 성격유형은 외향형(E)과 내향형((I), 감각형(S)과 직관형(N), 사고형(T)과 감정형(F), 판단형(J)과 인식형(P) 8개 항목을 기준으로 하였다. 창직가정신에 대하여 분석한 8개 항목은 도전성, 혁신성, 인내 성, 가치성, 기여성, 창의성, 보편성, 평정성 이다. 창직가정신에 대한 설문에 응답한 유효한 337개의 데 이터를 활용하여 성격유형과 특성에 따라 창직가정신을 진단하였다. 설문 응답에 대한 결과 외향형(E 형), 직관형(N형), 사고형(T형) 성향일수록 창직가 자질이 있다는 결과를 보였으며, 판단형(J형)과 인식형 (P형)에서는 창직가에 대한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 응답자를 대상으로 특성에 따른 분석결과 성별도 창 직가정신에 영향을 미치지 않는다는 결과를 얻었다. MBTI 성격유형에 대한 분석결과 빠른 의사결정을 할 수 있고 개방적이고 호기심이 많은 학생들이 창직에 대하여 열의와 열정을 보인다고 할 수 있다.
