The effect of in-school job experiences on early labor market outcomes of college students in arts and physical education(AAPE) is different from other groups in job search and job skill. This study is analyzed, by using GOMS(2015∼2017) data, whether there is any effect in first job’s job-major match according to the in-school job experiences’ job-major match in AAPE. The results are as follows; First, by the multiple regression analysis, in-school job experiences is a factor that lowered the first job’s job-major match degree. Second, according to the analysis by four groups(fine arts; FA, design;DE, physical education;PE, the other arts;OA), in the case of FA and OA, the degree of first job’s job-major match was low in the case of work experience while in school, and the DE and PE had no significant effect on the degree of first job’s job-major match Third, The moderate effects of the in-school job experiences’ job-major match between in-school job experiences and the first job’s job-major match was confirmed to be different depending on the AAPE’ 4 groups. FA and OA showed similar results, and DE and PE presented different results. The AAPE major has a particular characteristic that the preference for job matching of majors is higher than that of other majors, although the conditions such as wages and welfare benefits of the first job are lower than those of other majors. In this regard, this study confirmed that in-school job experiences in the AAPE could be an opportunity to reflect on their job values during the job search process. It is also meaningful that the results of this study suggest the need for discriminative career guidance as they differ in the influence of gaining major matching job after graduation, depending on whether or not students have work experience while in school and the degree of their experience's major match.

예체능계열 대학생의 재학 중 일경험이 초기 노동시장 이행에 미치는 영향은 직업탐색과 직무숙련 의 면에서 다른 계열과는 차이를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 3개년도(2015~2017년)의 대졸자직업이 동경로조사 자료를 사용하여 예체능계열 졸업자의 재학 중 일경험의 전공일치 여부가 첫 일자리 전공 일치도에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 첫째, 다중회귀분석 결과 예체능 계열의 재학 중 일경험은 첫 일자리 전공일치도를 낮추는 영향요인 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예체능계열을 세부적으로 순수예술, 디자인, 체육, 기타예술로 구분하여 재학 중 일경험이 첫 일자리 전공일치도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 순수예술과 기타예술은 재학 중 일경험 을 한 경우 첫 일자리 전공일치도가 낮았으며, 디자인과 체육계열은 재학 중 일경험이 첫 일자리 전공 일치도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째로 재학 중 일경험과 첫 일자리 전공일 치도의 관계에서 재학 중 일경험의 전공일치 여부의 조절작용도 세부계열에 따라 다름을 확인하였다. 순수예술과 기타예술이 유사한 결과를 보였고, 디자인, 체육은 서로 다른 결과를 제시하였다. 예체능계열은 첫 일자리의 임금이나 복리후생 등의 조건이 타 계열에 비해 낮음에도 불구하고 전공 일치 일자리에 대한 선호가 다른 계열에 비해 높다는 특수성이 있다. 이런 점에서 본 연구는 예체능계 열의 재학 중의 일경험은 직업탐색과정에서 자신의 직업 가치를 성찰하는 계기가 될 수 있음을 확인하 였다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 예체능계열별로 재학 중 일 경험 여부와 경험의 전공일치도에 따라 졸업 후 전공 일치 일자리의 입직의 영향에 차이가 나타나 차별적인 진로지도의 필요성을 제기한다는 데 그 의미가 있다.
