Yunnan province is located in the southwest border area of China, and its. Provincial capital is Kunming. This article firstly introduces the investment environment of Yunnan in detail, and then the status and development analysis of the industry GDP in Yunnan; Five pillar industries and the development situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan. Secondly, this article points out the current management, business problems and shortcomings of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan. Finally, this study points out countermeasures and suggestions. In recent years, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises’investment to Yunnan has been decreasing. Thus it is time for the Yunnan government to enhance corporate investment management. public officials also need to realize the roots of the problems of the small and medium-sized enterprises and work out proper plans while strictly practicing them to resolve these issues.

云南省位于中国西南边陲，省会昆明。本文基于云南省各产业 GDP发展情况、主要五大支柱产 业及云南省中小企业发展情况，研究云南中小企业投资和经营环境。通过论证,探寻云南省中小企业管理现状 及存在的问题，最后提出对策与建议。论文特别提出投资到云南省的中小外商企业每年呈现逐渐减少的趋 势，因此云南省政府需要加强外商投资企业的吸引和引导管理，并急需解决中小企业管理问题中存在的问 题，政府管理者需要认清问题的根源,找到能够治理的正确方案,然后再积极严格地落实和推进。
