Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are social and psychological services provided to employees to solve the personal problems of employees that may affect employees’ performance by leveraging the organization's internal and external resources. The user-friendly nature of awareness of corporate social responsibility and employee assistance programs for workers to use the employee assistance program. This can be understood as humanization of rewarding or workplace exercise to seek the satisfaction and rewards through the work to the worker for the purpose of recovering the lost humanity at an altitude of industrial society in pursuit of economic efficiency. This study confirms that the Working Life Quality (QWL) Level of user attributes to explore ways to maximize UC, while finding out the impact between the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and these factors that are very crucial. Therefore, to improve the quality of working life for the user, employee assistance program should be utilized to raise awareness of cooperation and social responsibility, increasing the satisfaction level of employee assistance programs.

근로자 지원 프로그램은 직무성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 근로자의 개인적 문제를 완화하기 위해 조직이 내부나 외부의 자원을 활용하여 근로자에게 제공하는 사회적, 심리적 서비스이다. 사용자 특성 은 근로자 지원프로그램을 이용하는 근로자들의 기업의 사회적 책임 인식과 근로자 지원프로그램에 대 한 우호적 인식수준이다. 근로생활의 질은 근로생활의 질, 직장생활의 보람 혹은 노동의 인간화로 이해 할 수 있는데 경제적 효율을 추구하는 고도산업사회에서 잃어버린 인간성을 회복할 목적으로 근로자에 게 일을 통한 만족과 보람을 추구하는 운동의 일환이다. 본 연구는 근로생활의 질(QWL) 수준을 극대 화하기 위한 방안을 찾아보기 위하여 사용자 특성(UC), 근로자 지원 프로그램(EAP)의 영향관계를 알 아본 결과 이들 요인이 매우 중요한 요인이라는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 근로생활의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 근로자 지원프로그램을 이용하는 사용자의 근로자 지원프로그램에 대하여 협조적이고 사회적 책임에 대한 인식수준을 높여야 하며 근로자 지원 프로그램의 만족수준을 높여야 한다고 할 수 있다.
