Daycare Centers for our country is the trend of early education are activated, and operating costs involved in the Nursery School get support by government subsidy. In each advance local government process by which we frequently check the map to resolve suspicious about the enforcement of these government subsidies are executed in its original purpose, and to prevent side effects of in advance. A comprehensive childcare support center in each the metropolitan agency enabling financial accounting education and financial accounting consulting business of Nursery School. Therefore, in this study suggested to implement a cycle of continuous Financial accounting education and customized 1:1 consulting as the solution of these problems. Furthermore, this study going to present many cases, and options through a steady consulting next. Leaving to be desired that This experiment was only a handful of consulting is limited to cases also a member of the content and this caused more problems and improvement that there are limits to show.

우리나라는 조기교육의 열풍으로 어린이집이 활성화 되고, 어린이집 운영에 소요되는 경비를 국고보 조금으로 지원되고 있다. 이러한 국고보조금의 집행이 당초 목적대로 집행되고 있는지 등에 대한 의구 심을 해소하고 부작용의 병폐를 사전에 예방하기 위하여 각 지자체에서는 지도점검을 수시로 진행하고 있으며, 각 광역단체 소속 육아종합지원센터에서는 어린이집 재무회계 교육 및 재무회계 컨설팅 사업 을 활성화하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점의 해소방안으로 지속적인 재무회계 교육 및 1:1 맞춤형 컨설팅을 주기적으로 시행할 것을 제안하였다. 또한 본 연구는 극히 일부의 컨설팅 사례에 국한된 내용이라는 점과 이로 인해 더 많은 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하는 데는 한계가 있음을 아쉬움 으로 남기고 향후 꾸준한 컨설팅을 통하여 보다 많은 사례제시와 함께 대안을 제시하였다.
