The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of fun factors on leisure satisfaction and leisure flow. The subjects of this study distributed 200 questionnaires from 5 sports centers located in Seoul and Jeonbuk from January 2 to February 01, 2020. 192 parts (96.0%) were used as the valid sample except 8 pieces of falling data. Collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN Version 21.0 Program. The following results were obtained through the above research methods and procedures. First, the competence of the fun factor in the sports center was found to affect the environmental, physiological, social, psychological, educational and rest of leisure satisfaction. However, the achievement of the fun factor only affected social and relaxation satisfaction. Second, it was found that both the fun factor and leisure immersion were affected. Third, the social and educational factors of leisure satisfaction of sports center members influenced cognitive factors of leisure flow, and only psychological factors affected behavioral factors.

이 연구는 스포츠센터 회원들의 재미요인이 여가만족 및 여가몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 연구대상은 2020년 1월 2일부터 ~ 2월 01일까지 서울과 전북에 있는 스포츠센터 5개소에서 총 200부의 설문지 를 배포하여 8부를 제외한 192부(96.0%)를 유효 표본으로 설정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN Version 21.0 Program 을 이용하여 요인분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠센터 재미요인 의 유능성은 여가만족의 환경적, 생리적, 사회적, 심리적, 교육적, 휴식적 등 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 재미요인의 성취성은 사회적, 휴식적 만족에만 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 스포츠센터 재미요인과 여가몰입에는 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠센터 회원들의 여가만족의 사회적, 교육적 요인은 여가몰입의 인지요인에 영향을 미쳤으며, 행위적 요인에는 심리적 요인만이 영향을 미쳤다.
