This study was conducted with the aim of establishing the relationship between self-leadership and career decision-making self-efficacy in university students majoring in Taekwondo. To achieve the aim, a survey was conducted with university students majoring in Taekwondo. Of the questionnaires collected, a total of 418 questionnaires were used in the final analysis after excluding questionnaires that were judged to be unfaithful. First, as a result of examining the correlation between self-leadership and career decision-making self-efficacy of university students majoring in Taekwondo, cooperation orientation was found to be positively correlated with self-assessment, planning, setting goals and solving problems. Natural reward showed positive correlation with gathering information, planning, setting goals and solving problems. Constructive thinking showed positive correlation with gathering information and setting goals. Second, among self-leadership factors of Taekwondo major university students, cooperation orientation had positive influence on self-assessment. Natural reward and constructive thinking had positive effect on gathering information. Cooperation orientation and natural reward had positive effect on planning. Cooperation orientation, natural reward, and constructive thinking had positive effect on setting goals.

이 연구는 태권도전공 대학생의 셀프리더십과 진로결정자기효능감의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 실시하였 다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 태권도전공 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 중 불성실하다 고 판단되는 설문지를 제외한 총 418명의 설문자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 설문은 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용 하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도전공 대학생의 셀프리더십과 진로결정자기효능감의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 협동중심적전략은 자기평가, 계획수립, 목표설정, 문제해결과 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 자연보상적전략은 정보수집, 계획수립, 목표설정, 문제해결 과 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 건설적사고전략은 정보수집, 목표설정과 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도전공 대 학생의 셀프리더십 중 협동중심적전략은 자기평가에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다. 자연보상적전략과 건설적사고전략은 정보 수집에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다. 협동중심적전략과 자연보상적전략은 계획수립에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다. 협동중심적전략 과 자연보상적전략, 건설적사고전략은 목표설정에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다.
