This paper dealt with health and medical information. People can easily find out health andmedical information in the Internet. If someone posts a question on his or her health in the Internet, he or she can get the answer a few seconds later, or at the longest, a few days later. However, one can get uncertain or unnecessary information, and the information may not be what he or she wants to have. Because of such factors, many researchers have done researches on such problems. But, there are not enough researches on information factors directly related with individuals, while such information is important, Therefore, this study extracted attribute factors of health and medical information from existing researches, and, through information reliability and information satisfaction, wanted to find out what effects such information have on willingness to act among users. Suggestions for future research as well as implications for practice are discussed.

본 논문에서는 건강 의료정보에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 건강 의료정보는 누구나 손쉽게 찾을 수 있으며, 자신이 건강 관리를 위해서 그 에 따른 정보에 대한 질문을 하게 된다면 몇 초 사이나 수일 안에 관련 답변을 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 하지만, 이는 불확실한 정보나 불필요한 정 보를 얻을 수도 있으며 자신이 생각했던 정보가 아닐 수도 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 이유로 인해 연구자들은 이러한 내용을 중심으로 많은 연구 가 진행되고 있지만, 개인과 직접 관련된 정보요인에 관한 연구는 중요한 연구임에도 미비한 편이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건강 의료정보의 특 성 요인을 기존 연구를 통해 도출하고 정보 신뢰성과 정보 만족도를 통해 실제적으로 이용자들의 행동 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 보고자 하였고 유의미한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다.
