The objectives of this study are to identify whether licensed real estate agents running real estate offices have characteristics of entrepreneurs, emphasize the necessity of management education courses in obliged practical education for licensed real estate agents who start real estate offices, and find ways for licensed real estate agents who start real estate offices to use free government’s assistance projects for small business starter. It identified the necessity of management education and management assistance for licensed real estate agents who start real estate offices. Strengthening realistic management education courses in obliged practical education and publicizing government’s assistance projects for small business starter to licensed real estate agents who start real estate offices will help successful management of real estate offices.

본 연구에서는 공인중개사가 창업함에 있어 기본적 법정의무교육이라고 할 수 있는 실무 교육을 창업가적 특성이라는 관점과 창업자금교육 측면에서 살펴보고 소자본 자영업자인 공인중개사가 개업하여 향후 부동산중개업을 영위함에 있어 이들 요소들이 경영성과 향상 에 얼마만큼의 영향을 주고받는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구를 통하여 공인중개사가 창업함에 있어 창업가적 심리적 특성이라고 할 수 있는 진취 성, 위험감수성, 혁신성은 경영성과에 상당한 의미를 지니고 있음을 알 수 있었고 또한, 창 업자금교육도 많은 관심을 보이는 것으로 나타나 향후 공인중개사의 창업교육이라 할 수 있는 실무교육에서 이 부분에 대한 교육과 지원이 따라야 할 것으로 보인다.
