The title of this thesis is “A Study on the Real Estate Reorganization Process in the transition Countries”. If South and North Korea unify in the future, I think they will develop more economically than now. However, South Korea and North Korea have shown great differences in political and social systems over the long term. Therefore, I think many problems will arise in the process of unification of the two Koreas. This paper examines the process of real estate restructuring in transition countries. Also, it proposed a legislative theory for rational reorganization of real estate ownership in the process of reunification of the two Koreas.

이 논문은 체제전환 국가의 부동산 재편에 관한 고찰이라고 정하였다. 장래 남북한이 통일을 달성한다면 현재보다 더욱 경제발전을 이룩 할 것으로 생각한다. 그러나 남북한이 장기간 동안 정치 및 사회제도 를 운영하고 있다는 점을 고려한다면, 실제 남북한의 통일과정에서는 적지 않은 법적 문제가 발생할 것으로 보인다. 이러한 이유에서 본고는 체제전환 국가들의 부동산 소유권 재편과정을 검토하면서, 이를 기 초로 하여 장래 통일한국이 부동산 소유권을 어떠한 방식으로 재편하 는 것이 보다 타당한지에 관하여 입법론을 제시하였다.
