The study is aim to get the improvement method to the conducted energy weapon(CEW) inspection criteria. Since 2005, Korean National Police Agency has adopted Taser X-26E which is one of CEWs. From then KNPA uses CEW 350 times annually, but uses the gun only two times a year. What it means is that the CEW has substituted the gun. Currently all safety criteria of the CEW is in ‘ACT ON THE SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF GUNS, SWORDS, EXPLOSIVES, ETC.’ which was enacted in 1997. This act has never changed and has same safety criteria for all types of CEWs. However, there are two types of CEWs: 1) CEW which has the cartridege 2) CEW which hasn’t it. First one has the electrode niddle on the cartrideges which penetrate the skin. The other one can’t penetrate the skin and clothes which cause changes in electronic resistance, thus they shouldn’t be tested by the same safety criteria. In this paper, it compares and analyze the two differences, and suggest the improvement method of the CEW inspection criteria according to the results. The CEW is an effective security device that replaces firearms not only in Korea but also in foreign countries, and should make efforts to ensure the law enforcement by further strengthening safety.

카지노를 합법적으로 허용하고 있는 대부분의 국가에서는 카지노에 대한 체계적인 관리·감독을 통해 대규모 현금성 금전거래, 도박중독 등의 다양한 범죄발생과 카지노 산업의 부정적인 영향을 최 소화하고 건전한 사회 환경을 조성하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 국내 카지노 산업에서 카지노 종사원과 관련된 부정행위, 카지노 사업자 관련 영업침해 등 다양한 형태의 불법행위가 높은 빈도로 발생하고 있다는 것을 각종 언론보도를 통해서 접할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 국내 카지노 산업의 사건사고 유형을 심층적으로 분석하고 이러한 문제가 양산되 는 원인을 발견하여 불법 활동의 부정적 영향을 최소화 할 수 있는 카지노 보안관리 효율화 방안을 모색했다. 이에 따라 국내 카지노 사건사고 관련 문헌고찰과 보안관리 종사원과의 심층면담을 통해 카지노 보안관리 효율화 방안을 물리적, 운영적, 제도적 측면으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 물리적 측면은 부정입장 행위에 대한 신분확인 및 검색의 정확성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 첨단 물리보안시스템 구축, 운영적 측면은 안전관리 업무와 서베일런스 업무가 상호 시너지를 발휘 할 수 있는 통합관리 체계 마련, 제도적 측면은 카지노 이용객에 의한 폭언·폭행 등의 각종 위협을 제거함에 따른 심리적 부담을 완화할 수 있는 법·제도적 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
