The purpose of this study is to derive a model to improve the execution ability of landscape policy by considering the characteristics of the region by analyzing the process and contents of the rural landscape policy. First of all, the adaptation stage manages the important and severely damaged landscapes of the village through the landscape agreement, and the rural community promotes the landscape business with the experience of carrying out a certain level of landscape activities based on the landscape agreement.
