This research aims to investigate the Spiritual Training in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era. This study is focused on the recovery and healing ministry of Dail spiritual training since it started in 1999. During the last 20 years, 20,000 people take part in Dail spiritual training, then they change their world view and experience spiritual healing and recovery. Dail spiritual training is a core of the Dail community that serves the poor and plays apostolic activity. Therefore, this research analyzes the cases of recovery and healing ministry during Dail spiritual training, such as the relationship with God, self, and others. The 4th industrial revolution causes a variety of problems, including human alienation and solitude, mass unemployment and polarization, and identity problems. Questions about human nature, especially the existence of God and the relationship between God and man, are still emerging in a society where science and technology are advanced. Also human internal recovery and healing are important. The Dail spiritual training sought to change the relationship between God and himself and the relationship with neighbors, especially their families, through inner healing and recovery. Through this, the Dail spiritual training helps people to live new lives by realizing their identity and what is the original purpose of human beings. Recently, the challenge of the 4th Industrial Revolution has a strong influence on modern people’s life and faith. Therefore, the Korean Protestant church and pastors have to be ready to serve the need, wound, and desire of modern people and learn the recovery and healing ministry of Dail spiritual training. It claims that the recovery and healing ministry in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era is meant to revitalize Korean protestant churches and modern people.

본 논문에서는 제 4차 산업혁명 시대의 영성수련을 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 삼았 으며, 지난 1999년 시작된 다일영성수련의 회복과 치유사역에 초점을 맞추었다. 지난 20년 동안, 약 2만 명의 사람들이 참가한 다일영성수련은 참가자로 하여금 세계관의 변화 그리고 영적치유와 회복을 경험하도록 하였다. 다일영성수련은 가난한 이들을 섬기고 사도적 활동을 행해 온 다일공동체의 핵심이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구 는 다일영성 수련동안 회복과 치유 사역의 사례 즉, 하나님과의 관계, 자신과의 관계 그리고 이웃과의 관계를 분석하였다. 제 4차 산업혁명은 인간의 소외와 고독, 대량실 업과 양극화 그리고 정체성의 문제 등 다양한 문제를 야기 시킨다. 특별히 인간본질 에 관한 의문과 하나님의 존재 그리고 하나님과 인간의 관계성에 대한 질문은 과학과 기술이 발달한 사회에서도 여전히 대두되는 질문이다. 이와 더불어 인간의 내면의 회 복과 치유는 중요한 사역이라고 할 수 있다. 다일영성수련은 내면의 치유와 회복을 통해 하나님과의 관계와 자신과의 관계 그리고 이웃, 특별히 가족과의 관계의 변화를 도모하였다. 이를 통하여 다일영성수련은 자신의 정체성과 인간의 본연의 목적이 무 엇인지 깨닫게 하여 새로운 삶을 살아가도록 돕고 있다. 최근 들어 4차 산업혁명의 도전은 현대인들의 삶과 신앙에게 강한 영향을 주고 있다. 따라서 한국교회와 목회자 들은 현대인들의 필요와 상처 그리고 갈망에 대하여 잘 섬길 수 있는 준비를 해야 하 며 다일영성수련의 회복과 치유사역을 통하여 배울 수 있는 점을 잘 수용해야 할 것 이다. 현대사회에서 회복과 치유사역은 한국개신교회와 현대인들을 활성화하는데 의 미가 있다고 주장하는 바이다.
