This article is for the brief suggestion for the development of missional leadership in terms of the missional church as the essential Christian community. The missional leadership, in this article, is considered as both the results of contextualization and the desecularization of Christian leadership. Many professional efforts to develop Christian leadership models through contextualization have been made. Meanwhile, the secularization of Christian leadership also has been going along it by the over-contextualization. Therefore, this article tries to contemplate the examples of the secularized leadership of Christianity, and to suggest the desecularization of Christian leadership in terms of missional church models. As for the secularization of Christian leadership, the antitranscendence, the radical anti-authority, the minimalism of leadership perceptions, and the loss of the biblical core-values, etc. are dealt with. In addition, for the desecularization of Christian leadership, the recovery of the religious authority legitimacy, and of the modelling of the spiritual leader, the importance of task-orientedness of Christian leadership, and the leadership development based on the biblical discipleship are suggested.

본고는 새로운 교회론을 제시하는 선교적 교회를 위한 선교적 리더 십의 본질적 차원의 개발을 위한 간략한 제안이다. 그동안 기독교 리더 십 모델의 개발을 위해서 주로 상황화의 작업이 많이 이루어져 왔는데 선교적 리더십이라는 본질적 회복을 지향하는 모델을 위해서는 특히 세속화의 문제를 다루어야 함을 주장하였다. 그러므로 본고는 세속화 의 현상들을 고려하고 이에 대한 기독교 리더십의 탈세속화에 대한 제 안을 하고자 하였다. 우선 세속화와 관련된 간략한 주장들과 함께 초대 교회에서의 리더 십의 세속화의 사례, 현재 기독교 리더십의 세속화의 현상들의 사례들, 그리고 이에 대한 기독교 리더십의 탈세속화에 대한 제안들을 시도하 였다. 이 시대의 기독교 리더십의 세속화 현상들을 주로 탈초월, 지나 친 탈권위와 축소주의, 그리고 기독교의 핵심 가치들의 상실 등으로 제 시하였다. 또한 이들에 대한 탈세속화는 기독교 리더십의 초월성의 회 복, 적절한 기독교적 권위의 회복과 모범으로서의 리더십, 인물의존성 보다는 기독교 사역중심성, 그리고 성경의 제자도에 근거한 리더십 등 으로 제안하였다. 본고는 그동안 심화된 기독교 리더십의 수동적인 세속화와 함께 간 혹 적극적으로 시도한 기독교 리더십의 상황화의 과도함, 즉 비판적 상 황화의 실패에 의한 세속화에 대응하고자 함이다. 그리하여 새로운 선 교적 교회를 시대를 기대하면서 이를 이끄는 본질적이고 적절한 상황 화에 의한 소통을 확보한 기독교적 리더십의 개발을 지향하고자하는 것이다.
