The purpose of this study was to examine the implications of the philosophy of caring for the direction and method of sports human rights. The research method was literature study. The results are as follow. In the meantime, if the sport was governed by the philosophy of management by the leader, it is time for a paradigm shift to apply the philosophy of care. Now that you have solved your survival, you must be interested in the existence of a human being. We must think about how we can live humanly. This is not a representational reason but a problem that requires thoughtful thinking. We must consider how to be happy and to be happy. The path can be derived from the philosophy of caring of nursing philosophy. We must explore how to promote sports human rights by gaining insights and benefits from the philosophy of caring. In that way, I suggested sports humanities literacy and sports philosophical counseling that could educate resistance and criticism. There is no universal solution like panacea. In the process of supplementing the proposed method, an optimal method can be found. That's not something you can find at once. It can be found gradually, with repeated trials and errors.

이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 인권의 방향과 방법에 대하여 돌봄 철학이 주는 시사점을 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법은 문헌연구를 하였다. 그 결과는 다음 과 같다. 그동안 스포츠는 지도자에 의한 관리철학이 지배했었다. 이제는 돌 봄 철학으로 전환이 필요하다. 이 말은 생존을 해결했다면 인간답게 사는 실 존에 관심을 가져야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 어떻게 하면 인간답게 살 수 있 는가를 고민해야 한다. 이러한 고민을 해결할 수 있는 것은 표상적 사유가 아니라 숙고적 사유이다. 우리는 선수도 행복하고 지도자도 행복할 방법을 고민해야 한다. 그 길을 간호 철학의 돌봄 철학에서 찾아보았다. 돌봄 철학 에서 통찰과 혜안을 얻어서 어떻게 스포츠 인권을 도모할 것인가를 탐구해 보았다. 그 방법은 저항과 비판 정신을 교육하는 것이다. 대표적인 방법은 스포츠인문소양과 스포츠철학상담교육이다. 그 어떤 방법이라도 만병통치약 과 같은 만능의 해결방법은 없다. 대안으로 제시된 방법을 보완하는 과정에 서 우리는 최적의 방법을 찾을 수 있다. 그 방법은 한 번에 찾을 수 있는 것 이 아니라 시행착오를 반복하면서 점진적으로 찾을 수 있는 것이다.
