Women play faithful roles in Yeats’s poetry and plays as a poetic catalyst and motif in most of his life. Of them, Maud Gonne, Lady Gregory, Hyde-Lees have a significant influence on the establishment of his view of literature and philosophy as well as on his works. This study aims at investigating what images these women represent and what meanings and messages they deliver in his works.
