The purpose of this study is to propose a tailored T&E improvement plan related to the business characteristics for the reliable T&E of KFX Program. In this study, we mainly looked into the proposal of an improvement plan, which can be properly applied to characteristics of the KFX Program T&E among the selected reliability enhancement factors of general weapon system T&E. The improvement method, which was drawn from this study, will contribute to reliable T&E for the actualization of T&E, by participating in the development through, in the early stage, forming an organization and writing a basic plan, and by suggesting a range of application for the connecting method between core parts T&E, other T&E and by suggesting a range of application of limited T&E application factors, and by guaranteeing stable and professional T&E conditions through the establishment of specialized institution.

본 연구의 목적은 한국형전투기 개발사업의 신뢰성 있는 시험평가를 위해 사업특성을 고려한 맞춤형 시험평가 적용방안을 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 무기체계 시험평가에서 선정된 신뢰성제고 요인 중 중요도를 선정하고, 한국형전투기사업 특성을 고려하여, 현 체제의 시험평가 틀 내에서 적용하는 방안을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구에 서 도출된 적용방안은 시험평가 구체화를 위해 조기에 기본계획 작성 및 조직을 구성하여 개발에 참여하고, 핵심부품의 시험평가와 다른 평가와의 연계방안 및 시험평가 적용이 제한 되는 사항에 대한 적용 범위를 제시하고, 시험평가 전문기관 설립으로 등으로 안정적이고 전문성 있는 시험평가 여건을 보장함으로 신뢰성 있는 시험평가에 기여 하는 것이다.
