University, a higher education facility and a last step before entering the occupational world, can be considered as the difficult period when students need to face the harsh reality straight and draw a blueprint for the future. University helps students to go into the world with professionalism by improving capabilities required by occupational groups through in-depth learning in a higher educational institution called university. It can be said that making a correct career decision while in college, the time of students selecting a career path as exploring and developing their identity and potentials, is the most important core task. College students decide their career path by considering inner factors as interest, ability, value, and self-efficacy as well as external factors as home environment and occupational conditions. Specially, self-efficacy can be considered as a factor that has a decisive influence on performance motive as a judgement on individual ability that organizes and performs necessary actions to achieve successful results, and it is being studied that self-efficacy in career is a factor that makes effect on academic achievement and continuity and selection of career. Therefore, this study was intended to help college students to orient themselves to college life by identifying a relationship between career decision making self-efficacy, satisfaction on career education, and university life adjustment of college students and suggesting a prediction model of variables that make effect on career decision and to provide basic data for proper career development. As a result, it was identified that career decision making self-efficacy makes effect on satisfaction on career education and university life adjustment.

대학교는 고등교육기관으로 직업세계로 전환하기 이전의 마지막 단계로 냉혹한 현실을 똑바로 직시 하고 미래에 대한 청사진을 그려야하는 어려운 시기라 할 수 있다. 대학생들은 대학교라는 고등교육기 관을 통해 심도 있는 학습을 통해 직군에서 요구하는 역량을 키워 전문성을 가지고 사회에 나갈 수 있 도록 도와주는 역할을 하고 있다. 이처럼 대학생들은 자신의 정체성과 가능성을 탐색하고 개발시키는 등 자신이 원하는 진로를 선택하는 시기로 올바른 진로결정은 가장 중요한 핵심과업이라 할 수 있다. 대학생들은 진로결정 시 개인의 흥미, 능력, 가치관, 자기효능감 등의 내적요소와 더불어 가정환경, 직 업조건 등 외적 요소들을 고려하여 결정하게 된다. 특히, 자기효능감은 성공적인 결과를 이루기 위해 필요한 행동을 조직하고 수행할 수 있는 개인의 능력에 대한 판단으로 수행동기에 결정적인 영향을 주 는 요인이라 할 수 있으며, 진로영역에서의 자기효능감은 학업적 성취와 지속성 및 진로선택과 행동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 연구되어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 진로 자기효능감과 진로 교육만족도, 대학생활적응과의 관계를 규명 하여 진로결정에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 예측모델을 제시하여 대학생들의 대학생활에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 하고, 올바른 진로발달을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 연구를 진행한 결과, 진로 자기효능감이 진로 교육만족도와 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
