Recent college curriculum being used in accordance with the NCS and learning modules being developed to take advantage of the group that developed NCS-based learning modules and courses is in progress. In addition, the company which is adopted the korean dual system is increasing in industry field using NCS. In the point of the job market is a trend that is increasing in the NCS-based institutions and companies want to employ. In terms of it, This Study is on the Impact on educational achievement by Safeguard and security sector training course Using National Competency Standards(NCS). In this research and analysis determined via the statistical analysis “the higher by the Education Experience and Educational interests as well, the more Educational achievement goes up.” This study found statistically significant difference between male and female satisfaction and proven effective vehicle of preponderance of satisfaction. To diversify and training course is an important factor to increase the educational experience. So, Shortening the gap between male and female satisfaction and to classify ability of security protection unit indicators will be further strengthen tNational Competency Standards(NCS).

본 연구에서는 NCS에서 제시된 능력단위 지표를 활용하여 경호, 보안 분야에서 기 개발 된 교육과정이 일선 학교에서 적용될 때, 학습자(학생)에게 미치는 교육성과의 유의미성을 분석하여 제시하였다. 구체적으로 국가직무능력표준(National Competency Standards)을 활용한 경호 보안 분야 교육과정이 교육성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 경기 소재 K대학교 경호보안학과, D대학교 경호스포츠과, 대전광역시 소재 T대학교 경찰경호학과 1, 2학년을 대상으로 학습 자를 선정하고 설문 조사 및 양적 연구방법을 수행하였다. 또한, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 서 제시된 직무의 최소단위인 능력단위를 활용하여 경호 보안 분야에서 제시된 자가진단 도구를 활용하였으며, “NCS”에서 제시된 능력단위 기준에서 학습자의 학습내용 인지여부 와 학습 종료와 더불어 교과과정을 습득하고 이를 경력개발과 진로 탐색의 기준에 적합할 수 있는 교육성과로 인식하고 있는지를 평가하기 위해 문항을 구성하였다. 연구결과, 경호 보안 분야 교육과정을 수강하는 학습자 중에서 여학생에 비해 상대적으 로 만족도가 낮은 남학생과 저학년 학생들을 중심으로 교과 과정 참여 방안을 확대하고 다양한 커리큐럼을 개발하는 등 만족도 향상의 필요성이 있다. 아울러 수업 참여 학생들의 교육 이해도와 만족도를 높이기 위한 교육 방향 설정과 강의 커리큐럼 보강, NCS에 기반 한 학습모듈 추가 개발, NCS 과정이수를 통한 자격증 제도를 논의가 시급히 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구가 교육부 주관 “NCS 학습과정 전담 TFT”를 구축하여 관계기관과 기업 체, 학교가 함께 연구하는 산학 협의체를 구축의 필요성도 함께 제기하였다.
