The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among learning motivation, career development competencies and satisfaction of adolescents’ career activity participation. The data for this study were taken from the 2018 Korean National School Survey of Career Education (2018 KNSSCE). The data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, multiple regression with SPSS 24.0 program and sobel test and bootstrapping to test the mediating effect. The results of this study were as follows: First, it was found that there is a positive correlation between career development competencies and satisfaction of career activity participation. Second, it was found that there is a positive correlation between learning motivation and satisfaction of career activity participation. Third, it was found that there is a positive correlations among learning motivation and career development competencies. Fourth, it was revealed that the learning motivation partially mediated on the relationship between career development competencies and satisfaction of career activity participation.

본 연구는 학교진로활동 참여 만족도, 학습동기의 변인들이 고등학교 학생들의 진로개발역량에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 인과관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육부 및 한국직업능력개 발원의 ‘학교 진로교육 현황조사(2018)’ 자료로부터 고등학생 9,546명의 진로활동 관련 응답 자료들 을 사용하였고, 자료를 분석하기 위해 각 변수들 간의 상관관계 분석, 그리고 고등학생의 학교 진로 활동 참여 만족도가 학생의 진로개발역량, 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 SPSS 24.0 프 로그램을 사용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소 년의 학교진로활동 참여 만족도는 진로개발역량과의 상관관계에서 정적으로 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 학교진로활동 참여 만족도는 학습동기와의 상관관계에서 정적으로 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 학습동기는 진로개발역량과의 상관관계에서 정적으로 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 청소년의 진로활동참여 만족도와 학습동기 를 동시에 투입하였을 때, 매개변인인 학습동기가 종속변인인 진로개발역량에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
