In this study, after analyzing the results of the inspection of the national cultural heritage safety diagnosis conducted for the management of national cultural assets and reviewing the management status of the national cultural assets investigated by the government agencies, each control result is classified as part of the artificial damage to visitors in an ancient palace, an accidents caused by fire and natural disaster. However, due to the nature of the data, only state-designated cultural assets were classified. The management status and progress of each classification are analyzed to derive risk factors and review risk management measures accordingly. As a result, the purpose of cultural asset management is to create a risk-based management system to determine the grade of management and to form a management system that increases the efficiency of management by making the data base (DB).

본 연구에서는 현재 국가문화재 관리를 위해 실행한 문화재 국가안전대진단 점검에 대한 결과에 대한 분석과 정부기관에서 조사한 국가문화재의 관리상황을 검토 후, 각각의 관리결과를 화재로 인한 사고, 풍 수해로 인한 사고, 야간개장 등의 관람객의 인위적 훼손 등에 대한 부분으로 분류한다. 다만, 본 연구는 자료의 특성상 국가지정문화재만을 분류하였다. 각 분류별 세부적 관리현황과 진행현황을 분석해 위험요 인을 도출하고 이에 대한 리스크관리(Risk Management)의 방안을 검토한다. 결과로 문화재관리는 리스크 기반의 관리체계를 만들어 관리의 등급을 정하고 이를 데이터화함으로 관리의 효율성을 높이는 관리체계 를 구성하는데 목적을 둔다.
