The results of the Google Play Store's analysis of the apps that were investigated using 19 search keywords of sex trade managers are as follows. ① It can be seen that search keywords selected in Google Play Store are linked together. ② It can be seen that random chatting apps are being abused to help and find prostitution. ③ Many massage app types are also found to be part-time prostitution businesses that provide legal services and allow additional prostitution. ④ The types of job-hunting apps that help find illegal jobs linked to prostitution were also investigated. ⑤ The same sex-buying web site, called the Sex Trade Portal Site, and the same apps for prostitution were also investigated. ⑥ In the app surveyed by the search keyword of the sex trade manager, the largest number of downloads was the type of random chatting app. ⑦ The problem of setting the age of use of the app searched by the search keyword of the sex trade manager was identified. Based on the analysis results, measures need to be taken to deal with app markets such as Google Play Store, random chatting app, second-tier sex trade app, full-time prostitution placement app and illegal job placement app. Based on the results of the research, we discuss the evolution of prostitution and the management of prostitution businesses, and measures to deal with them, which will be operated in the form of "movement" and "movement" using "technology" like legitimate businesses. Therefore, the government needs to define cyberspace as virtual space, separate it from reality, recognize cyberspace as real space, and expand its policy on cyberspace as legitimate businesses.

구글플레이스토어에서 성매매조장 검색키워드를 활용하여 조사한 앱을 분석한 결과는 다 음과 같다. ① 구글플레이스토어에서 선정된 검색키워드는 서로 연동된다는 것을 알 수 있다. ② 랜덤채팅앱이 성매매 알선과 방조에 악용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. ③ 합법적인 서비스를 제공하면서 부가적으로 성매매도 알선이 가능한 겸업형 성매매알선업소에 해당하는 마사지앱 유형도 많은 것으로 나타났다. ④ 성매매와 연계되는 불법 직업을 알선하는 구인구직앱 유형 도 조사되었다. ⑤ 성구매후기웹사이트와 동일한 성매매알선 전용앱도 조사되었다. ⑥ 조사 된 앱에서 가장 많은 다운로드수는 랜덤채팅앱 유형으로 나타났다. ⑦ 조사된 앱의 사용연령 설정의 문제가 나타났다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 구글플레이스토어, 원스토어 등 앱 마켓, 랜덤채팅앱, 겸업형 성매매알선앱, 전업형 성매매알선앱, 불법 직업알선앱 등에 대한 대책을 모색하였다. 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 성매매알선과 업소 운영의 진화와 이에 대한 대책을 논 의하면, 성매매알선업은 합법적인 사업처럼 ‘기술’을 활용하여, ‘점포 없이’ ‘이동’하는 형태로 운영될 것이다. 따라서 성매매 등 불법 사업에 대한 정책에서도 사이버공간을 가상 공간이라 고 정의하고 현실과 분리하는 것은 지양하고, 합법적인 사업처럼 사이버공간을 현실 공간으 로 인정하고 사이버공간에 대한 정책의 확대가 필요하다.
