Integrating technologies that accelerate the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the livestock industry and creating an ecosystem of innovation requires innovation in overall production, processing, distribution and consumption. To go beyond the traditional livestock industry, you need to proactively build a foundation to create a high value-added market based on all the data that is produced, processed and distributed. This paper presents the development direction of the livestock industry in three areas: operational excellence, product quality innovation and consumer confidence. In particular, in order to secure consumer confidence in food, traceability must be secured throughout the supply chain from growth to consumption. The history management system to secure the reliability of existing consumers has a limitation in traceability and data reliability, and therefore, the introduction of a tracking system based on blockchain technology should be accelerated. To this end, we analyzed small traceability management cases using blockchain technology to analyze the effects and problems of the traceability management system. Through this analysis, we proposed a way to settle from a workforce management system established by individual items to a universal system that can be applied to all types of agricultural products.

축산업에서 4차 산업기술을 통합하고, 혁신 생태계를 만들려면 전반적인 생산, 가공, 유통 및 소 비 전 단계에서 혁신을 수행해야한다. 전통적인 축산업을 넘어서려면 생산, 처리 및 분배되는 모든 데 이터를 확보하여 고부가가치 시장을 창출 할 수 있는 기반을 선행적으로 구축해야한다. 본 논문은 운 영 우수성, 제품 품질 혁신 및 소비자 신뢰도의 3가지 영역에서 축산업의 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 특 히, 소비자의 축산 식품에 대한 신뢰도를 확보하기 위해서는 생육부터 소비까지의 공급망 전체에서 추 적성이 확보 되어야 한다. 기존의 소비자의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 이력관리시스템은 추적성과 데이 터 신뢰성에 한계가 있어 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 한 추적 시스템의 도입을 가속화해야 한다. 이를 위해 블록체인 기술을 적용한 소고기 이력관리 사례를 분석하여, 이력관리 시스템의 효과 및 문제점 을 분석하였다. 이 분석을 통하여 개별 품목에 의해 설정된 이력관리 시스템으로부터 모든 유형의 축 산물에 적용 할 수 있는 보편적 시스템으로 정착하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.
