Recently, related concepts and terms such as digital transformation, intelligent transformation and information have been used in response to the emergence of new technologies and changes in social and business environments, but not many studies have identified clear definitions and scope. Thus, this study illuminates the process of changing the concept of information through literature research, and explains the conceptual difference between the fourth industrial revolution and IT-based information and digital transformation. Afterwards, after a detailed examination of the widely accepted intelligent transformation in our country, we understand its relationship with digital transformation. Finally, the issues of concern and the desired direction for improving intelligence information service are divided into digital transformation, business-centered, user-centered and intergration, and data centered.

최근 들어 새로운 기술의 등장과 사회 및 비즈니스 환경 변화에 따라 디지털 혁신, 지능정보화, 정보화 등 관련 개념과 용어들이 사용되고 있으나 명확한 정의 및 범위를 구분하고 있는 연구가 많지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정보화라는 개념의 변화 과정을 문헌 연구를 통해 조명하고, 4차 산업혁 명과 IT 기반 정보화와 디지털 혁신의 개념적 차이를 설명한다. 이후에는 우리나라에서 널리 통용되 는 지능정보화에 대해 상세히 살펴본 후, 디지털 혁신과의 관계를 이해한다. 마지막으로 지능정보화를 추진할 때 우려되는 사항들과 이를 개선하기 위한 바람직한 방향을 디지털 혁신, 업무, 이용자 중심 및 기술간 융합, 데이터 기반 등으로 구분하여 제시한다.
