This paper confirms personal creativity and personality ability in applying the 2015 School Culture and Arts Education Calligraphy and Koreanization Culture and Arts Education Program to elementary schools.For one thing, culture and arts education tends to blend back into everyday life and art education or art work activities that are treated separately from the lifestyle that has been developed in the past. I believe that changes in social environment require the implementation of a new calligraphy education called culture and art education for all, beyond art education for a small number of elites in the past.The next example is the development of education programs. The content of the case will be centered on the 2015 pilot project for calligraphy and Korean painting. The 'Philto' program was conducted for the 3.4th graders of elementary schools for 16 weeks from September to December, 2015 after training and nurturing human resources. The total annual time limit is 1,440 hours and 21 instructors were selected and placed in 25 elementary schools.The above developed programs were applied to the educational site and the survey was conducted to check the results. The results are as follows. A meaningful satisfaction level was obtained for the facilities and preparation of the class. For the need for teaching materials, the fourth-grade group was higher than the third-grade group, and the results of the verification of differences showed statistically significant differences, i.e. the fourth-grade student was found to have a higher assessment of the need for teaching materials.Out of the comparative study results of the third and fourth graders, the satisfaction level of the fourth graders is high overall. The reason is that the teacher's knowledge transfer ability and preparation of the class are not only sincere, but also the part that disproves the student's participation. Therefore, we believe that we could have received a response that we would re-engage if we had such a program in the future. It also conducted a basic survey of 498 fourth-grade soldiers on how the value of the program was projected to students. Here, 93.8 percent of the three questions, 'I can express my thoughts,' 'Play that anyone can participate in and enjoy,' and 'Help to create beautiful writing and painting and healthy thinking.'Therefore, as a result of the application of the Calligraphy and Koreanized Culture and Arts Education Program in 2015 as a pilot project of the school culture and arts education, the survey results clearly confirm that students participating in the program develop healthy thinking, and that emotional and daily aesthetic education through active participation is directly reflected in the individual.

본 논문은 2015년 학교문화예술교육 서예․한국화 문화예술교육 프로그램을 초등학교에 적용함에 있어서 개인적인 창의성과 인성역량을 확인함에 있다. 우선 문화예술교육은 과거에 일상적으로 전개되어왔던 삶의 양식에서 떨어져 나와 별개로 취급되고 있는 예술교육이나 예술작품 활동이 다시 일상의 삶과 어우러지는 경향을 지닌다. 사회 환경에 따른 변화는 과거 소수의 엘리트를 위한 예술교육을 넘어 만인을 위한 문화예술교육이라는 새로운 서예교육의 구현을 필요로 하고 있다고 본다. 다음으로는 교육프로그램의 개발 사례이다. 사례의 내용은 2015년도 서예․한국화 시범사업 프로그램이 중심이다. ‘필톡’ 프로그램은 2015년 5월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 인재양성과 교육훈련을 거쳐 9월부터 12월까지 16주간에 걸쳐 초등학교 3․4학년을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연간 총 시수는 1,440시간이고 강사 21명을 선발하여 25개 초등학교에 배치하였다. 위와 같이 개발한 프로그램을 교육현장에 적용하고 그 결과를 확인하고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 수업의 시설이나 준비 등에 대해서는 의미 있는 만족도를 얻었다. 교재 필요성의 경우 4학년 집단이 3학년 집단보다 높고, 차이 검증 결과로 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다 즉, 3학년학생보다 4학년 학생은 교재의 필요성 대한 평가는 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 3학년과 4학년 비교연구 결과 중 4학년의 만족도가 전체적으로 높다. 그 이유는 강사의 지식전달능력과 수업의 준비도가 성실할 뿐만 아니라 학생의 참여도를 반증하는 부분이다. 그러므로 향후 이러한 프로그램이 있으면 재참여 할 것이라는 답변도 얻을 수 있었던 것으로 본다. 아울러 4학년 군 498명을 대상으로 프로그램의 가치가 학생들에게 어떻게 투영되었는지에 대한 기초 설문조사를 실시한 적이 있다. 여기서 ‘나의 생각을 표현할 수 있다’, ‘누구나 참여하고 즐길 수 있는 놀이’, ‘아름다운 글과 그림, 건강한 생각을 만들어 낼 수 있도록 도와준다.’라는 세 개의 문항이 93.8%를 차지한다. 따라서 2015년 학교문화예술교육 시범사업으로 실시한 서예․한국화 문화예술교육 프로그램을 초등학교 적용한 결과, 참여하는 학생으로 하여금 건강한 사고를 함양하고 적극적 참여에 따른 감성고취와 일상적인 심미교육이 개인에게 직접적으로 투영되고 있음을 설문결과를 통해 명확하게 확인시켜준다.
