The purpose of this study is to empirically analyse the relationship among professionalism of instructors, coaching effectiveness and exercise passion of security martial arts students. For this reason, we conducted a survey of 282 security martial arts students, collected by the cluster sampling method. Using 217 collected data by SPSS 22, this study was conducted by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and standard multiple regression analysis. The results are as following. First, teaching ability, management ability and research ability of professionalism had significantly positive influence on perceived functional satisfaction and perceived directions satisfaction. Second, teaching ability, management ability and research ability of professionalism had positive influence on harmonious passion of exercise passion. Teaching ability of professionalism had negative effect on teaching ability of obsessive passion, but positive effect on research ability. Third, perceived functional satisfaction and perceived directions satisfaction of coaching effectiveness positively affected harmonious passion of exercise passion. And perceived functional satisfaction of coaching effectiveness had positive influence on obsessive passion of exercise passion.

본 연구의 목적은 경호무도 수련생이 지각한 지도자의 전문성과 지도효율성 및 운동열정의 관계를 실증적으로 구명하는데 있었다. 이를 위해 경호무도를 배우고 있는 수련생들을 모집단으로 서울, 대전, 충남 등에서 유도, 태권도, 합기도 등 경호무도를 배우고 있는 수련생 약 282명에게 집락표집방법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였으며, 이중 총 217명 의 자료를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 연구목적에 따라 통계프로그램인 SPSS 22를 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문성의 지도능력, 관리능력, 연구능력은 지 도효율성의 인지된 기능만족과 인지된 지도만족에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문성의 지도능력, 관리능력, 연구능력은 운동열정의 조화열정에 유의한 정적 영향을, 전문성의 지도능력은 강박열정 부적 영향을, 전문 성의 연구능력은 강박열정에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지도효율성의 인지된 기능만족과 인지된 지도만족은 운동열정의 조화열정에, 지도효율성의 인지된 기능만족은 운동열정의 강박열정에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
