The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between coach guidance type and performance level analysis recognized by ice skaters using the Rasch model. To this end, a survey was conducted on 50 athletes registered as Seoul athletes among the 168 athletes enrolled in the 2019 Korea Ice Federation. One out of 50 questionnaires were removed due to many missing values. A total of 49 responses were applied to the analysis. The Rasch Rating Scale Model was applied to determine the coaching style perceived by middle and high school ice skaters and the psychological reaction level of performance level. 이 연구는 Rasch 모형을 적용한 빙상선수가 인지하는 코치지도유형 및 경기력 수준 분석의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 대한빙상경기연맹에 등록된 선수 중･고등부 168명 중 서울특별시 선수로 등록된 50명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 50명 중 1명의 설문응답에 결측치가 많아 제거하였고, 총 49명의 응답결과를 분석에 적용하고, 중･고등부 빙상선수가 지각하는 코치지도유형과 경기력 수준의 심리적 반응 수준인 현실 수용도를 판단하기 위하여, Rasch 평정척도모형(Rasch Rating Scale Model)을 적용하였고, 분석 프로그램은 jMetrik 4.05(Meyer, 2016)를 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 빙상선수들은 자신의 경기력을 높게 평가하고 있지만, 꾸준한 노력과 자기관리를 통해 정상권에 속하는 선수로 성장하고자 하는 의지가 매우 강한 것으로 판단이 가능하다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.
