The purpose of this study is to find out The Effect of Job Embeddedness of Paralympic Employees on Job Burnout and Job Satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal, the employees of the Paralympic Council for the were asked to fill out a questionnaire and then recollected the questionnaire for analysis. A total of 291 questionnaires were retrieved and a total of 285 questionnaires were used as final valid samples, except for the six that were poorly prepared. Using SPSS 23, data processing was performed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, which resulted in the following results. First, it showed that the Job Embeddedness of Paralympic Employees has a significant effect on their Job Burnout. Second, it showed that the Job Embeddedness of Paralympic Employees has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, the Job Burnout of Paralympic Employees has a significant effect on job satisfaction.

이 연구는 장애인체육회 직원들의 직무척근도가 직무소진과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있으 며, 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 장애인체육회의 직원들을 대상자으로 설문지를 배포하여 자기평가기입법으로 작성하 게 한 후 회수하였다. 총 291부의 설문지를 회수하여 불성실하게 작성된 6부를 제외한 총 285부의 설문지를 최종 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석 을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 장애인 체육회 직원들의 직무착근도는 직무소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인 체육회 직원들의 직무착근도는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 장애인 체육회 직원들의 직무소진은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
