The purpose of this study was to identify the problems to derive key task keywords for field hockey activity in Korea. To achieve this goal, in-depth interviews were conducted for field hockey coaches, and the collected data were prepared using the Krkwic software program to prepare a 1mode-matrix for keyword network analysis. to Network analyze Netminer 4.3 was used. The analysis results are as follows. First, the key keywords regarding field hockey development problems recognized by field hockey coaches were derived from Recruiting players, parents, career, course, and education. Second, the key task keywords for field hockey activation are divided into the player area, coach area, Korea Hockey Association area, and other areas. Specifically, the key priority keywords for each category were athlete selection in the athlete area, competence in the coach area, and idea keywords in the corporate and other areas. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used to derive improvement plans for the activation of field hockey in Korea and to establish mid- and long-term development projects.

이 연구는 이 연구는 우리나라 필드하키 지도자를 대상으로 필드종목 육성의 문제점을 확인하고 종목 활성화를 위한 핵심과제 키워드를 도출하는 것에 목적이었다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필드하키 지도자들을 대상으로 심층인터 뷰를 수행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Krkwic 소프트웨어 프로그램을 활용하여 키워드 정제 및 키워드네트워크분석을 위한 매트릭스 행렬을 작성하였다. 네트워크 분석은 Netminer 4.3. 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 필드하키 지도자들이 인지하고 있는 필드하키 육성의 문제점에 대한 핵심키워드는 선수수급, 학부모, 진로, 진학, 교육 등으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 필드하키 활성화를 핵심과제 키워드는 선수영역, 지도자영역, 협회영역, 기타영역으로 구분된 다. 구체적으로 영역별 1순위 핵심과제키워드는 선수영역의 경우 선수선발, 지도자영역의 경우 역량, 협회영역은 기업, 기타영역에서는 아이디어 키워드로 나타났다. 이 연구결과가 우리나라 필드하키 종목 활성화를 위한 개선방안 도출 및 중장기적 발전 과제 수립에 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
