The research was conducted with the aim of identifying the impact of the quality of schoolwork on the service reliability, service flow and educational service performance of the Taekwondo gym, which is in a situation of fierce competition, and using it as a basic data on the efficient operation of the Taekwondo gym. In order to achieve this, 350 parents who are enrolling their children at 10 taekwondo venues in the Seoul metropolitan area were surveyed through a sample collection method and 312 of them were used for final analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows. First, it was found that the quality of education services, excluding prices, has a static impact on service reliability. Second, the quality of education services, excluding prices, was found to have a static effect on the flow of services. Third, it has been shown that service reliability has a static effect on service immersion. Fourth, it has been shown that service reliability has a static effect on educational service performance. Fifth, it has been shown that flowin services has a static impact on educational service performance.

이 연구는 치열한 경쟁 상황에 놓여 있는 태권도장의 교욱서비스품질이 서비스신뢰, 서비스몰입 및 교육서비스성 과에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 태권도장의 효율적 운영에 대한 기초적 자료로 활용하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였 다. 이를 위해 수도권지역에 소재하고 있는 태권도장 10개소에 자녀를 등원시키고 있는 학부모 350명을 편의표본추출법 을 통해 표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 중 312부를 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 최종분석에 사용하였 다. 그 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 가격을 제외한 교육서비스품질은 서비스신뢰에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가격을 제외한 교육서비스품질은 서비스몰입에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스신뢰 는 서비스몰입에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스신뢰는 교육서비스성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 서비스몰입은 교육서비스성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
