This study is to empirically analyze the relationship between a users in swimming pools on swimming involvement and safety expectation, safety rules awareness, swimming attitude & word-of-mouth intention through structural equation model analysis. This study set 215 users resort, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool located in Gyeonggi-do as the research subjects. As for sampling method, convenience sampling method was used, and self-administered questionnaire was used for the survey. In an effort to verify the proposed structural model, this study used IBM SPSSWIN Ver. 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results showed that first, swimming involvement had a positive effect on safety rules awareness. Second, swimming involvement had a positive effect on swimming attitude. Third, safety expectation didn't have a positive effect on safety rules awareness. Fourth, safety expectation had a positive effect on word-of-mouth intention. Fifth, safety rules awareness didn't have a positive effect on swimming attitude. Sixth, safety rules awareness didn't have a positive effect on word-of-mouth intention. Seventh, swimming attitude was found to had a positive effect on word-of-mouth intention.

이 연구의 목적은 실내수영장 회원들이 지각하는 수영관여도와 안전기대가 생존수영인지, 생존수영태도 및 구전 의도와 관계를 구조방정식모형을 통해 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울에 소재한 실내수영장 4개소 남녀 회원 207명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 표집방법은 편의표본추출법과 설문지 작성은 자기기입식으로 하였다. 제안한 구조모형을 검증하기 위해 IBM SPSSWIN Ver. 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하였다. 첫째, 수영관여도는 생존수 영인지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 수영관여도는 생존수영태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 안전기대는 생존 수영인지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 안전기대는 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 생존수영인 지는 생존수영태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 여섯째, 생존수영인지는 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않았 다. 일곱째, 생존수영태도는 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
