The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship between perceived organization support, job crafting, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The subjects of the study were 224 questionnaires who fitness center worker. Data analysis used for SEM analysis. After confirming the test of goodness of fit of a model, individual hypotheses was verified. The results were as follows: First, perceived organization support had a positive influence on the three subvariables of job crafting. Second, task job crafting and relational job crafting had a positive influence on job satisfaction. But cognitive job crafting had a non-positive influence on job satisfaction. Third, relational job crafting and cognitive job crafting had a positive influence on job satisfaction. But task job crafting had a negative influence on job satisfaction. Fourth, job satisfaction had a positive influence on organizational commitment.

이 연구는 피트니스 센터의 조직지원인식과 잡크래프팅, 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 구조적인 관계를 규명하는 것이 다. 조사대상은 피트니스 센터 종사자 224명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 구조방정석모형 분석을 실시하여 모형 적합 도와 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 피트니스 센터의 조직지원인식은 3가지 잡크래프팅의 하위차원에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 잡크래프팅의 하위차원인 업무 크래프팅과 관계 크래프팅은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 인지크래프팅은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 잡크래프팅의 관계크래프팅과 인지크래프팅은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 업무크래프팅은 조직몰입에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무만족은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
