This study is about Dao of Archery as Dao of physical education of Zhuangzi(莊子). Zhuangzi insisted on WuWei-ZiRan following Laozi(老子)'s theory. Zhuangzi is called Aesop of the East and wrote Zhuangzi. Zhuangzi is composed of Ueon(寓言), Jung-eon(重言), and Chieon(巵言) The Dao of the physical education found in 『Zhuangzi』 is as follows. 1) Zhuangzi opposed Inwi(人爲)'s education and insisted on Muwi (無爲)'s education. 2) Zhuangzi's teaching methods are Mmuhag(無學) and Jeolhag(絶學). 3) Archery education in Zhuangzi should not be done with Yusim(有心) but Musim(無心). 4) In Archery, Yusim(有心) changes the result because of the greed of the mind. But Musim is not. 5) Archery education proceeds in the order of Simjae(心齋), Jeonil(專一), Jwamang(坐忘). 6) In Jwamang, Archery Sport is 'present'. It is also a pleasure. 7) Archery education, claimed by Zhuangzi, is like restoring the nature of sports. 8) Abandon greed (external goals) in Archery education. And if enjoyed (internal goals), there is no conflict and no tension.

이 연구는 莊子의 體育의 道로서 弓의 道(敎育)에 대한 것이다. 莊子는 老子의 이론을 이어 無爲自然을 주장하였 다. 莊子는 󰡔莊子』라는 책을 지었는데 이 책은 寓言, 重言, 巵言으로 이루어져 있다. 특히 莊子의 寓言은 책 읽기의 즐거움 을 주어 莊子를 동양의 이솝(Aesop)이라 불린다. 『莊子』에는 활쏘기에 대한 교육을 설명하고 있다. 이것은 有心의 활쏘 기와 無心의 활쏘기이다. 다음은 활쏘기를 통한 莊子의 體育의 道(활쏘기 敎育)에 대한 연구결과이다. 1) 莊子는 人爲의 교육을 반대하고 無爲의 교육을 주장하였다. 2) 莊子의 교육방법은 無學, 絶學이다. 3) 莊子의 활쏘기 교육은 有心으로 하지 말고 無心으로 해야 한다. 4) 활쏘기 교육에서 有心은 마음의 욕심 때문에 결과가 변한다. 그러나 無心은 그렇지 않다. 5) 활쏘기 교육은 心齋, 專一, 坐忘의 순서로 나아간다. 6) 坐忘의 상태의 활쏘기는 現상태이며 또한 즐거움 그 자체 이다. 7) 莊子가 주장하는 활쏘기 교육은 스포츠 본질의 회복과 같다. 8) 활쏘기 교육에서 욕심(외적 목표)을 버리고, 즐기면(내적 목표) 갈등도 없고 긴장도 없다.
