This study was aimed at the medial effect of somato-sensory amplification in the effects of maladaptive self-focused attention in middle-aged adults participating in life sports on hypochondriacal tendencies. To that end, 379 middle-aged adults who are participating in life sports at public and private sports centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in 2019. And an analysis was made by using a structured method model, assuming that maladaptive self-focused attention will affect hypochondriacal tendencies by using somato-sensory amplification as a medium. The results of this study are as follows : It was found that there was a static correlation between maladaptive self-focused attention and somato-sensory amplification and hypochondriacal tendencies. And maladaptive self-focused attention has been shown to have direct effects on hypochondriacal tendencies and medial effects on somato-sensory amplification. The results of the study suggest the importance of hypochondriacal tendencies in maladaptive self-focused attention and somato-sensory amplification, and in the future, research directions through limitations of research were presented.

이 연구는 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 중년기 성인들의 부적응적 자기초점주의가 건강염려 경향성에 미치는 영향 에서 신체감각 증폭지각의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2019년 서울과 경기도 지역의 공공 및 민간 스포츠센터에서 생활체육에 참가하고 있는 중년기 성인 379명을 대상으로 부적응적 자기초점주의가 신체감각증폭지각 을 매개로 하여 건강염려 경향성에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 부적응적 자기초점주의와 신체감각 증폭지 각 및 건강염려 경향성 간에 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고 부적응적 자기초점주의는 건강염려 경향성에 대한 직접적인 효과와 신체감각 증폭지각을 통한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과들은 건강염려 경향성에 있어 부적응적 자기초점주의와 신체감각 증폭지각의 영향력에 대한 중요성을 시사하며, 향후, 연구의 제한점을 통한 연구 방향을 제시하였다.
